About Phyllis Davis
For more than 40 years, Phyllis Davis has traveled 3 million air miles around the globe teaching and speaking about American business ethics and etiquette. From government agencies in Washington to corporate boardrooms in London, she has advised leaders, teams, and organizations on how to succeed with integrity, poise, and cultural intelligence.
In 2024, she released her acclaimed book, Navigating Virtue – Ethics & Etiquette in the American Business Landscape. Fun Facts
Phyllis and her husband of decades, Colle Davis live in an 80-year-old converted church in the deep woods, south of Washington, DC, with her (bio above) and their two small dogs, Gretta, and Helen. Gretta is a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and one mighty Min-Pen who runs the house.
Davis & Davis have packed up the house they’re living in now and are selling it to move West and ‘go home’ to Los Angeles where they have lived and loved for most of their marriage.
She also loves making jewelry, and has designed most of her own jewelry for many years.
Phyllis also enjoys studying the cosmos, stars, planets and the history of our solar system, at approximately 4.6 billion years old, about one-third the age of the universe, which is about 13.8 billion years old.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Colle Davis, and their dogs. Phyllis and Colle enjoy gardening and cooking, reading aloud, and studying philosophy and economy-related books (for example, Taleb’s Incerto series).
